Just stunning -- this bunch and the last bunch you posted. I sit with my jaw agape when I look at your work. Can I just point up to what avidrosette said? Because yes, that. :-)

OK, and also your humor and what you do with text. I really believe that making graphics and making fic use discrete parts of the brain. There might be some overlap, but -- at least for me, and for a couple of writers I've talked to who are also terrific artists -- the intersection isn't very big, and when the images are working the words don't come. But you think up fabulous 'captions' for your icons, and integrate them beautifully.

My favorite run in this batch is 23-33, because the coloring and the b&w work so wonderfully equally well.

I suppose that I can't make you call your mother any more than I can force you to credit me exactly as I dictate, or extract a promise on the pain of death to use my stunning art achievements only on LJ, or to never alter, etc., etc., etc. :) I'm clearly falling short in my life's goal of being named Benevolent Dictator for Life.

I'm glad you find the "rules" entertaining, which is my real goal. We take ourselves FAR too seriously. :)
