I managed to icon a few more Supernatural characters this time. It helps that Castiel's coat is getting boring. And yes, #61 is totally Teryl Rothery because I still love that woman with all my heart, even when she has a tiny guest role on SPN. I'm glad I iconned the episode (Season 2's Heart) because it turned out to be a good one for very pretty Sam. One of these days, I'll work my way into the Ruby and Anna period. I'm looking forward to iconning some women! Misha continues to provide excellent icon fodder, bless his heart. Calvin & Hobbes is love. That is all.

Don't get me wrong! I'm not tired of Castiel, not at all!, just tired of the coat. Every shot it's a boring tan expanse (except when it's being an awesome twirly coat, of course). It would be nice to see some color on Castiel. *nods*

It's bad enough that a lot of SPN icons look so similar; Castiel icons are even more uniform given the clothing issue.

*hugs you back* How are you? Long time no chat. :) Teryl was indeed in an episode of Supernatural. She played -- wait for it, I know it'll be a surprise: a doctor! Well, medical examiner. It was a small part in the episode where Sam falls for the female werewolf. I don't know what they had Ms. Thing stand on for the scene but she played opposite 6'4" Jared Padalecki and didn't look like a munchkin. :) I had to grab the caps and icon it.

There's another episode with Don Davis and he's next on my list of SG-1 guests to icon.

ETA: This begs the question of why Amanda hasn't shown up on SPN, doesn't it? Maybe one show with troubling gender issues was enough for her. :(

My favorite group in this post was Calvin & Hobbes. There's not a one in the batch that didn't leave me smiling.

OMG -- THANK YOU for all the very specific mentions and feedback. I can't tell you how helpful that is and how much I love it.

Calvin & Hobbes owns my heart. I love that comic. Watterson is brilliant.

That 1st Psych icon - oy the text! I love Psych but the jokes are run on jokes. Using an actual joke from the show is Hard Work. And a lot of negative space.

The coloring on 31/32 -- I'm surprised. I thought for certain people would like one or the other. I threw them both up because I couldn't decide and I wanted to let the icon market decide. I like warm skin tones but the latter looks like a night shot. I really couldn't choose so I'm glad to know it works both ways for folks.

Credit won't be refused but the important thing is that should you decide to use any, that they earn their keep and prove useful.

After coming to the sad conclusion my long-term relationship with my hair stylist must come to an end after a particularly traumatizing haircut*, I sure needed some pretty to perk me up. You win!

Love many, many of the SPN ones - beautiful coloring and crops. FYI, Padalecki's nose in profile is just about the prettiest thing ever, if you're looking for excuses to practice some Sam icons. ;)

Psych icons always appreciated, as are the C&H. Love the facepalm and Saturday ones. :)

Oh, honey! *hugs you tight* I wish that I could fly you down here to see my guy, who has handled my hair since I was 16. He does whatever I tell him, though he sasses me and doesn't hesitate to tell me when he thinks I'm wrong. I hope the hair isn't so disastrous that it can't be fixed. If you're that unhappy, it might be worth a trip back to tell him what's wrong and give him a chance to fix it (at no cost, of course). Unless you're afraid you'd emerge bald.

Padalecki's nose, eh? I don't get it -- that's only fair since you're blind to Misha's overwhelming awesomeness -- but now that I know I'll be on the lookout. Part of my problem is that Jared does nothing for me. I don't hate him or Sam or any of that crap. He just doesn't make me sit up and take notice. *shrug* I'm sure he'd say the same about me, given the opportunity. ;)

Psych happens when I need a good switch-up -- or when they're requested as part of Iconfest. :) Calvin & Hobbes happens spontaneously as it's my first fandom and I still love it dearly.
