Award Nomination

Thank you to the anonymous soul who nominated one of my icons for Best Icon over at wicked_awards. I hadn't heard of the comm before so I checked it out. They cover all the best fandoms: Supernatural, Stargate, All of the Joss Verses, Doctor Who/Torchwood, X-Files, Star Trek, and Heroes.

Have any of you participated in this community before? Should I be looking to nominate works? I must admit to being VERY amused by some of the category descriptors, e.g., "Deep Throat." I don't know how much time I'll have to nominate but if this is something that people I know like to participate in, then I'm happy to spend a little time over the next month seeing what I can do.

LOL! That icon makes me giggle. Thank you. I find it really odd that I hadn't heard of the comm since it includes the Stargate shows. Maybe there aren't a lot of SG-1 folks there? I was hoping someone here be familiar with it.
